Our Airborne RF Electronics Electrical Engineering Department has an immediate need for a Production Support Electrical Engineer I. We are looking for candidates to collaborate and coordinate with our manufacturing facility, Program Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to proactively and efficiently resolve issues that may arise during production, testing, and integration. In this role, you will foster a culture of trust, transparency, compliance, diversity, inclusion, and accountability. This position will reside within the Radar Power Production Design Support section that supports the Advanced Airborne Sensor (AAS) program. Location: Plano, TX or McKinney, TX with the ability to commute between both sites. What You Will Do: Ensure Special Test Equipment is always operable while improving test yield Perform technical evaluations of hardware with the ability to categorize failures and systematically disposition failing hardware in a timely manner Prioritize and execute improvement opportunities Communicate to program leadership status updates of hardware failures Ability to travel periodically to manufacturing facilities, suppliers, or customer sites to support the production (up to 25%). Qualifications You Must Have: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) major is required. Experience with standard engineering lab equipment. Experience with digital circuit card troubleshooting. Experience with schematic drawings to assist in troubleshooting efforts Experience with fault isolation / troubleshooting. The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
