Branch Banking Assistant Leader

Job Summary The Branch Banking Assistant Leader drives branch revenue growth, operational integrity and client experience excellence, with a focus on reputational success in the community. Position Title Branch Banking Assistant Leader Location New Hudson, MI 48165 Job Responsibilities Drive market growth of primary client relationships and achieve growth targets in deposits, loans and non‑interest income. Actively seek and deliver the right client introductions to the right team members to achieve growth targets and execute successful sales initiatives. Support coaching, development and mentorship of team members. Execute partner‑produced sales and marketing initiatives, reinforce training, and devise performance improvement strategies. Assist the Branch Banking Leader with talent‑management functions: employment, performance evaluations, staff development, disciplinary actions, succession planning and compliance oversight. Deliver client engagement and education using available tools and systems; foster a culture of exceptional client experience. Identify and mitigate reputational, regulatory, employee and client risks by ensuring adherence to bank policies and regulations; meet operational excellence standards. Perform special projects and additional duties as required. Accountabilities Consistently adhere to regulatory and compliance policies and standards; complete required compliance trainings. Job Requirements Required Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years branch sales experience. Experience with a variety of banking products. Experience with banking risk management. Preferred Qualifications Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. 4+ years of branch banking and/or financial institution sales experience.
