The salary range for this role is $85,000 - $92,000 annually Summary of Position Accounting Manager will assist in directing the financial activities of the hotel, safeguarding the assets, and preparing financial reports in accordance with general accepted accounting principles at the Sheraton San Diego Resort. The position will support general cashier, payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payable. Work Hours
- Will be required to work flexible scheduled shifts based on business needs.
- Scheduling includes holidays, nights, and weekends depending on hotel events
- 2+ years of accounting leadership experience.
- Understand the mission, vision, and goals of the hotel.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to apply them in a dynamic
- Establish goals and objectives for department.
- Well organized, focused and completed all work assigned.

- Support payroll processing and procedures.

- Identify any processes for improvement and help to develop and implement
- Special projects and/or assignments as requested by Director of Finance.
- Train and develop associates on 4 Keys service standards, technical skills,
- Ensure associates exceed service standards.
- Provides guidance and direction to associates, including setting performance

- Manages employee progressive discipline procedures for staff.
