About the Role
We are seeking an organized and friendly Dental Receptionist to join our patient-centered practice. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a seamless experience from appointment scheduling to check-out while upholding our high standards of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients, verify personal and insurance information
- Schedule and confirm appointments using Dentrix (experience a plus)
- Answer multi-line phone system and respond to patient inquiries
- Maintain accurate patient records and process billing documentation
- Coordinate with clinical staff to optimize patient flow and minimize wait times
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in dental or medical front office roles
- Proficiency with Dentrix software is highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Patient-focused attitude with a commitment to exceptional customer service
