???? IMMEDIATE HIRING - ASSEMBLERS | Trane Technologies | Fort Smith, AR ????

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM ($18/hr)
  • OT may require staying up to 2 hours later
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

???? Schedule: Monday-Friday + Occasional Saturdays

(No mandatory back-to-back Saturdays. Management is flexible when life happens.)

• Assemble fans and components for data center servers
• Use hand and power tools
• Follow safety and quality standards
• Work in a fast-paced team environment

• Must have Safety-Toed Shoes
• Willing to work overtime as needed

• Orientation and training are conducted on 1st Shift
• Candidates selected will train on 1st Shift for the first 2 weeks before moving to their assigned schedule

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Smith, AR.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Fort Smith,AR.
