As a Youth Enrichment Specialist, you aren’t just "providing care"— you’re building confidence, teaching life skills, and creating positive memories for youth who need a champion. Our Community Presence We operate 6 dedicated residential houses across Mesa and Apache Junction. These homes serve as the "hub" for our youth—safe, supportive environments where healing and growth happen every day. You'll be a key part of the team keeping these houses vibrant and therapeutic. Your Weekend Mission You’ll spend your weekends (Friday afternoon through Sunday) mentoring youth ages 1–17. This isn’t a desk job. You’ll be out in the community and in residential settings, helping kids hit their goals through: Adventures: Leading community outings to parks, museums, and cultural events. Growth: Working side‑by‑side with youth on social skills and personal development. Safety & Support: Providing a stable, therapeutic environment where kids feel seen and heard. The Schedule Perfect for students or those seeking a meaningful weekend role: Friday: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM Sunday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM What You’ll Need to Join Us 21+ Years Old (for agency vehicle operation) 1 Year Experience in youth-focused behavioral health Valid AZ Driver’s License Clearances: Fingerprint Card, CPR/First Aid, and TB test results Tech Skills: Familiarity with Word, Excel, and Outlook Compensation $18.00 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr Zarephath Community Services
