Trade Marketing Assoc Mgr needs 3 plus years of experience (marketing or project management preferred) Trade Marketing Assoc Mgr requires: Knowledge of marketing principles and practices Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) High level of computer literacy: Excel, Word and PowerPoint Strong project management skills and high level of accuracy Ability to solve problems quickly, think creatively and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Lead and track transversal digital projects such as SmartShopper, Digital Windows, Lens Simulator marketing and tracking, and the Asset Distribution Tool. Set KPIs for usage and impact of digital tools. Regularly analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and proactively lead optimization initiatives across sales channels. #J-18808-Ljbffr Globalchannelmanagement
