As an Office Assistant at Aquatica, you will serve as a vital communication hub and support resource, ensuring a safe, efficient, and enjoyable experience for both guests and Ambassadors. This dual-role position combines operational communication responsibilities with essential administrative support tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a central communication point for park operations by answering and routing ambassador questions via phone and intercom systems.
• Facilitate efficient and accurate communication during emergency situations.
• Monitor and report park throughput data, ride and show statistics, and other pertinent operational information.
• Maintain accurate and confidential files, reports, and records for the Administration Office.
• Type, distribute, photocopy, scan, and file reports, memos, and other documents as needed.
• Monitor weather conditions and determine appropriate code status by tracking storm cell movement and severity; communicate inclement weather updates to duty management.
• Interact professionally with department leadership to ensure seamless park operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned areas.
• Support cross-training initiatives and assist in other locations or departments when needed.
• Work flexible schedules, including weekends and closing shifts, based on operational needs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support park and administrative functions.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in documentation.
• Proficiency in using communication devices and office equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude and high energy.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Pay Rate:

$12.00
