Quality Manager

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, or a related field 8+ years of Quality Management experience in a manufacturing environment Extensive knowledge of ISO9001:2015 / IATF-16949 quality standards Preferred Requirements Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma This role leads the strategy and direction of the quality management system, overseeing all aspects of product quality and inspection processes. It focuses on improving procedures, implementing effective systems, ensuring documentation accuracy, and tracking performance metrics to drive product quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across the organization. Responsibilities Develop and maintain quality systems and processes that drive compliance and performance. Lead audits, corrective actions, and process improvements to ensure product conformance. Resolve quality issues, address customer concerns, and enhance satisfaction. Oversee training programs to strengthen team competence and system understanding.
