As The Sophia Way prepares to relocate its donation center, you'll play a critical role in helping identify a new location, coordinate stakeholders, manage logistics, and support the successful execution of the move. As the Relocation Project Manager Intern, you'll be at the center of this effort. You'll help evaluate potential sites, coordinate with community partners and property managers, support relocation logistics, engage volunteers, and assist in creating operational plans for the new location. Your work will contribute directly to a successful transition that strengthens our ability to collect, organize, and distribute vital resources to women experiencing homelessness. What We're Looking For We’re seeking students, including those on CPT, who are pursuing a degree or certification in Project Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, as well as individuals with an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to effectively coordinate multiple priorities and stakeholders. Successful candidates will be proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment where project needs may evolve over time.
