At IRI, we know that our success is directly tied to our clients' success.Job DescriptionActively participate in quality system applications implementation, upgrades or improvement projects.Clean-up quality master data.Ensure quality throughout the process. Data entry accuracy.Complete the volume of work required to achieve group/departmental/project goals to meet deadlines.Communicate the status of operations and bring deviations to the attention of supervisor.Accurately perform procedure and tasks independently.In compliance with change control procedures, improve processes through application of scientific knowledge, experience, and principles.Identify opportunities for process improvement.QualificationsRequires a degree (e.g. pharmacist, chemist, engineer, computer science).Requires professional experience (approximately 2-3 years as a guide).Requires knowledge and experience in QA/QM and other industrial standards (e.g. ISO, cGMP, or other).Ability to act as a mentor to co-workers; act as a proven agent of change.Requires extensive experience with eQA tools and processes.SAP experience (QM specifically) preferred.Requires knowledge/experience with Microsoft Excel.Computer skills.Troubleshooting skills.Organizational skills.Communication skills, oral and written.The ability to function in a fast-paced technical environment and communicate effectively is essential to success.
