Compensation Type: Salaried Compensation: $40.00 Job Summary The Customer Service & 21st Century Skills Noncredit-Instructorrole is essential to our accelerated workforce development trainingprograms. As an instructor, you will bring our curriculum to lifeusing inclusive facilitating practices to meet the needs of eachstudent. Our curriculum covers a variety of essential concepts,preparing students for entry-level customer-facing positions invarious industries. Additional duties include tracking attendance,grading assignments, partnering with program staff, and fosteringan inclusive and supportive learning environment. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Instruction & Program Support Providing a comprehensive overview of customer serviceprinciples Emphasizing the importance of effective communication, activelistening, and empathy in workplace interactions Enhancing understanding of customer needs and expectations Promoting problem-solving skills and conflict-resolutiontechniques Developing proficiency in handling customer inquiries andcomplaints with a customer-centric approach Ensuring awareness and adherence to company policies andprocedures Improving product knowledge and service delivery Utilizing technology tools, including Microsoft Officeapplications, for workplace excellence Job readiness fundamentals such as professionalism basics,resumes, interview skills, and networking fundamentals Utilize instructional resources effectively and adapt teachingmethods to meet the diverse learning needs of students. Collaboratewith program staff to ensure curriculum alignment and provide inputon curriculum enhancements. Customer Service and Classroom Support Utilizing effective assessment techniques to measure studentprogress and performance. Providing timely and constructive feedback to guide students'learning journey. Determining and submitting grades in accordance with collegepolicies. Maintaining accurate and confidential records. Identifying students needing additional support and connectingthem with available resources or to ATC Career Navigator. Demonstrating punctuality, attendance, and a professional workethic. Taking on additional responsibilities as needed to contributeto student success and overall team goals. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field Two (2) years of teaching experience or instructionalexperience Strong focus on customer service and instructionalmethodologies Preferred Qualifications: Relevant certifications in customer service and instructionaldesign Additional Information: State Motor Vehicle Operator's License or demonstrable abilityto gain access to work site(s).

WORKING CONDITIONS

Typical office/academic environment. Regular exposure tomoderate noise is typical in business offices.
