Jack’s All Day, an American Kitchen & Bar, is hiring Bussers/Runners to join the opening team of our newest restaurant and bar in the heart of the Theater District on Restaurant Row.

Created by a well-established, family-owned restaurant group with a long history of building beloved, high-volume restaurants in NYC, Jack’s All Day will offer an energetic, all-day dining experience centered around warm hospitality, great food, classic cocktails, and a lively neighborhood atmosphere.

We are looking for passionate, hardworking, hospitality-driven team members to join our support staff team. This is a highly team-oriented environment where everyone works together to create a smooth and welcoming guest experience. Support staff will be trained beyond traditional busser/runner responsibilities and will play an active role in assisting both the floor and bar throughout service.

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and guest-first mindset
• Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn menu knowledge and floor service skills
• Ability to support both dining room and bar operations
• Full-time availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• NYC restaurant experience preferred

• Support servers and bartenders throughout service
• Run food and beverages accurately and efficiently
• Reset and maintain tables and dining areas
• Assist guests with basic menu questions and service needs
• Learn food and beverage menus to better support the team and guest experience
• Support bar operations with glassware, stocking, ice, and other service needs
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and flow throughout the restaurant
• Work collaboratively with management, kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams
