Remote Senior Call Center Representative

Overview TechOp Solutions is seeking Senior Call Center Representatives with exceptional communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a commitment to service excellence. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. These individuals will play a critical role supporting our client's operations by reviewing, analyzing, and documenting sensitive information while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance. Remote position, but candidate must reside within Norfolk, VA or nearby cities.
