Job Description

Lead production associates to achieve daily safety, quality, and production goals. Coach, train, and develop employees while promoting accountability and engagement. Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards including GMPs, HACCP, SQF, and USDA requirements. Monitor production performance and address operational challenges in real time. Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Sanitation, and Human Resources teams. Complete reporting, documentation, shift handoffs, and production tracking. Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence efforts.

The Successful Applicant

2+ years of Production Supervisory experience within food manufacturing. Strong knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and SQF standards. Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced production environment. Ability to manage and motivate large production teams. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. USDA-regulated food manufacturing experience is a plus.
