Head of performance marketing for IT projects

В проектах Каруны маркетингом занимаются больше 80 человек. Сейчас в нашу команду маркетинга ищем Head of Performance! Задачи: Стратегическое планирование стратегии закупки: объемов лидов, бюджетов, распределение ресурсов команды между брендами и ГЕО Формирование и управление командой тимлидов: подбор, менторство, повышение профессионального уровня и экспертизы, внедрение эффективной системы KPI Ежедневный контроль ключевых показателей: бюджеты, конверсии, стоимость лидов, ROMI Постоянное изучение трендов, формирование гипотез, тестирование Плотная работа с креативами, улучшение контента, поиск новых подходов Подготовка аналитических отчетов для C-level Требования: Опыт управления отделом Media buying от 2-х лет Общий опыт в закупке трафика от 5 лет Глубокая экспертиза в работе источников трафика Успешный опыт масштабирования кампаний Сильные стратегические и аналитические навыки, способность оценивать влияние перформанса на бизнес Английский язык на уровне от B2 и выше Условия: Оформим официально, возможна полная удаленка Офис — 99 из 10.
