Description

• Conduct thorough evaluations in inpatient or outpatient settings and create tailored treatment plans
• Implement physical therapy interventions that focus on mobility, strength, balance, and functionality

• Provide guidance to patients and their families regarding therapeutic goals, discharge strategies, and home exercise programs

• Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings and rounds to ensure integrated care

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent qualification from an accredited educational institution

Certifications

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist
