You’ll be the first impression guests have and the key to making their stay exceptional!Availability:What you’ll do:Greet guests with a genuine smile and friendly demeanor, making them feel right at home from the moment they arrive.Manage guest bookings with precision, handling check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries while ensuring a seamless and pleasant process. You’ll also answer phones, process transactions, and more, all with a positive attitude!Collaborate with all departments to meet guest requests and deliver top-notch service, helping ensure every stay is smooth and stress-free.Take on additional responsibilities as needed, keeping things running smoothly and supporting your team whenever necessary.Stay active!
