Staffmark Workforce Solutions offers this exciting contract opportunity at a global leader in electronics, mobile devices, and appliances located in Plano, TX. Product Quality Specialist Schedule: Fully on-site, Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (hours may vary) Top Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Root cause analysis Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills Responsibilities: Analyze, evaluate, and test various Home Appliance Product Categories' top symptoms and issues, identify root causes and corrective actions with internal teams, HQ, and Factories. KPI analysis and monitoring. Review VOC/escalations received from the field. Additional tasks as needed. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred. 2-4 years of HA experience w/ in-home service experience & Home appliance product management, development, or related field. Strong understanding of product development or management process and experience with home appliance-related field (3-5 2-4years). Understanding of manufacturing, engineering, and product design. Experience with quality analysis, product testing, and validation. Proficient w/ Excel, PPT, & computer savvy. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to deep dive to perform root cause analysis. Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to analyze costs related to manufacturing, labor, and materials. Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information. Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to shipping and production. Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
