Shift Details: 8a-4:30p, Weekend Rotating

Call Requirements: To be discussed during interview

Guaranteed Hours: 36

Special Skills/Experience Required:

• BLS
• 2+ Years of Hosp. experience
• Must have In-Patient Rehab and/or Hospital Experience

Preferred Skills/Advanced Skills Needed:

• Experience with the following: 2-3 Years of experience in Rehab and/or acute hospital

Specialty/Unit Certifications Required:

(PT) Active OT License no Temp License allowed

Procedures performed on unit:

• In-patient Rehab Occupational Therapy neuro and ortho patient evaluations & treatments
• Acute (Ortho, Tele and ICU) evaluations & treatments

Dress Code:

Scrub Color: Hunter Green

Nail Policy: Clean and Healthy, no artificial nails, gel, next gen, etc.

Hair: Hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors. Beards, mustaches and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed. Hair must be pulled back if shoulder length or longer when working in the lab.

Tattoos: Body art should be covered whenever possible. Body art that is not feasible to cover on a daily basis will be addressed individually.

Piercings: Visible piercings other than ears is prohibited. This includes nose rings, tongue rings, etc.

Other Unit Guidelines/Policies:

Floating Guidelines: May float to ante/gyn
