Cath Lab Technologist

Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Description

The Cath Lab Technologist will be responsible for assisting with various procedures in the Cath lab, including LHC, PCI, TAVR, PPM, Impella, and IABP. The technologist is expected to possess advanced knowledge in emergency medication and work alongside medical staff to provide optimal patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and assist with cardiac procedures utilizing GE x-ray equipment.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation using Maclab and Meditech systems.
• Participate in on-call responsibilities, including 7-9 call days monthly and at least 1 weekend.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 1+ years of Cath lab experience is required.
• Certification in RN or related field is necessary.
• Knowledge of emergency medication is essential.
