Clinical Liaison: Rehab Admissions & Care Coordination

Lifepoint Rehabilitation is seeking a PRN Clinical Liaison to support intake and pre-admission screening at Powers Health Rehabilitation Center. You will perform on-site clinical judgments to assess admission appropriateness and communicate rehabilitation options to patients and families. Ideal candidates have clinical experience, licensure, and some marketing/sales background.
