We are seeking a motivated and relationship-focused full-time Clinical Liaison who is a Registered Nurse (RN), Respiratory Therapist (RT), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Physical Therapist (PT) .
The Clinical Liaison helps appropriate patients transition to AMG for continued specialized hospital-level care.
The position primarily covers Chicago area hospitals and requires daily travel to hospitals, referral sources, meetings, and prospective referral partners.
Help increase appropriate referrals, admissions, and hospital census
Contributions to the Clinical Liaison team’s overall census goals
Active licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), Respiratory Therapist (RT), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Physical Therapist (PT)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Willingness and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory each day
