You will support medical, behavioral, and socioeconomic aspects of care, working remotely in many cases and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The role requires Idaho licensure (RN or related), 1+ year experience with Medicaid/Medicare or SDoH, and proficiency with MS Office.
