Position Overview The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports O'Neill Healthcare's digital marketing initiatives by maintaining the organization’s online presence, creating engaging content, coordinating marketing communications, and ensuring brand consistency across all digital platforms. This position works closely with the Marketing Manager and the marketing team to support marketing campaigns, community outreach, events, and organizational initiatives while providing assistance wherever marketing support is needed. Through strategic digital marketing efforts and consistent brand awareness, this role helps support lead generation and census growth across O’Neill Healthcare communities. Primary Responsibilities Review & maintain O'Neill Healthcare's digital presenceby maintaining the company website, social media platforms, Rise Vision displays, Google Ads, virtual tours, and other digital marketing channels to ensure content remains current, accurate, and engaging. Create and coordinate marketing contentincluding monthly newsletters, email campaigns, event promotions, social media posts, testimonials, and other digital marketing materials while maintaining brand consistency. Develop and maintain a content marketing scheduleto ensure consistent communication across all digital platforms and support organizational marketing initiatives. Coordinate professional marketing outreachthrough professional email campaigns, outreach initiatives, and documenting interactions while maintaining accurate records within HubSpot CRM. Maintain and organize HubSpot CRMby updating contacts, tracking marketing activities, organizing outreach efforts, supporting campaign reporting, and ensuring marketing data remains accurate and current. Staying up to date with current HubSpot features and updates. Organize and maintain marketing assetsincluding event photos, testimonials, virtual tours, ads, and other digital resources to support ongoing marketing efforts. Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and marketing teamto support community outreach, professional marketing initiatives, lead generation efforts, and other projects across all O'Neill Healthcare communities. Provide ongoing marketing supportby assisting with special projects, organizational initiatives, and additional marketing needs as they arise.
