Required Skills:

• Prior experience in mechanical assembly, vehicle upfitting, or related fields
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, wiring, and tools
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in physically demanding environments
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and teamwork orientation

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working with electrical components or wiring
• Knowledge of safety protocols and certifications in mechanical work

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous hands-on experience in vehicle assembly or upfitting

Other Requirements:

• Must be comfortable working with various tools and in physically demanding conditions

Salary: $20-32/hour (Based on experience)
