We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Coordinator with a passion for sales, relationship-building, and community outreach. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, building referral pipelines, and turning connections into long-term partnerships. As the Marketing Coordinator at Angel Caregivers, Inc., you will be responsible for driving lead generation and revenue growth through strategic outreach and relationship development. You will serve as the face of the agency in the community, building referral networks with healthcare providers, senior living communities, and local organizations. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to identify opportunities, generate qualified leads, strengthen referral relationships, and consistently meet growth targets. Key Responsibilities Drive Community-Based Lead Generation : Proactively identify and engage referral sources such as hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, physicians’ offices, and community organizations. Build Referral Pipelines : Establish, grow, and maintain a strong network of referral partners through regular in-person visits, presentations, follow-ups, and community networking events. Promote Agency Services : Clearly communicate the benefits and value of Angel Caregivers’ home care services to referral partners, families, and community stakeholders. Execute Outreach Strategies : Develop and implement outreach plans that increase brand awareness and generate consistent, high-quality leads. Create and Use Marketing Materials : Collaborate with internal teams to develop brochures, presentations, and outreach tools that support sales conversations. Generate and Qualify Leads : Actively prospect through cold calling, direct marketing, email outreach, and social media to convert interest into referrals. Track Sales Performance : Monitor referral activity, market trends, and competitor presence to identify growth opportunities and improve outreach effectiveness. Collaborate with Care Coordination : Ensure smooth transitions for new clients and maintain satisfaction through close collaboration with the care team. Maintain CRM Records : Accurately document outreach activities, referral contacts, and lead status in the CRM system. Meet and Exceed Growth Goals : Consistently achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales and referral targets. Qualifications Education : High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred) 3+ years of experience in marketing, direct marketing, sales, or business development , ideally in healthcare or home care Strong sales mindset with excellent relationship-building and persuasion skills Confident communicator with strong presentation abilities Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Paid time off and holidays Referral program Ongoing training and professional development #J-18808-Ljbffr
