No prior experience required — if you're reliable, take pride in your work, and want to learn a trade, we'll train you.What You'll DoAssemble mechanical parts and sub-assemblies according to drawings, work instructions, and verbal directionUse hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring instruments (tape measure, calipers, squares)Read and follow blueprints, assembly diagrams, and shop travelers (we'll teach you how)Inspect components for quality, fit, and finish before and after assemblyKeep your workstation clean, organized, and safeWork with the team to hit daily production goalsWhat We're Looking ForStrong work ethic and dependable attendance — showing up on time, every day, is #1Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learnAbility to follow written and verbal instructions carefullyComfortable standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working with your hands for a full shiftBasic math skills (addition, subtraction, fractions, reading a tape measure)High school diploma or GED preferred but not requiredMust be authorized to work in the U.S.No experience? No problem. We provide on-the-job training.
