• Compensation: Salary for a Medical Director is between $290k and $310k. We also offer relocation up to $10,000 plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

• Additional Info: Join us in an outpatient leadership and clinical care role providing comprehensive HIV primary care and medical services to an underserved patient population, including people living with HIV/AIDS and members of the LGBTQ community. Primary Responsibilities - Clinical Care: Provide top-tier outpatient medical care to a dedicated patient panel. - Patient Volume: Manage an average volume of 15 to 18 patients per day. - Team Leadership & Collaboration: Supervise and work alongside an interdisciplinary support team, including a Practice Manager, Registered Nurses (RNs), and Medical Assistants (MAs). - Mission Alignment: Support and promote public health initiatives focusing on HIV prevention, treatment, and advocacy.
