Orthopedic Surgical Sales Representative - U.S. Launch Team

Location: Cleveland, OH

Compensation: $100K base + commission on all sales + bonus; $180K$220K estimated year one

About the Opportunity

Want to help launch a proven product in the U.S. market? I'm working with an established surgical device company that just opened a new division and is hiring its first wave of U.S. reps. The implantable orthopedic technology has already succeeded internationally, senior sales leadership is in place, and Cleveland is one of the first markets to go live.

What You'll Do

• Launch a new implantable orthopedic device with surgeons across a large territory
• Partner with established key opinion leaders to drive early adoption
• Build the territory from the ground up, prospecting new surgeons and accounts
• Support cases in the OR and educate surgical teams on the technology
• Provide market feedback that shapes the U.S. launch strategy

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree
• Track record selling a physician-preference product to surgeons
• Orthopedic experience is a big advantage; high-performing surgical associates ready to run their own territory will be considered
• An entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude suited to a launch environment
• Live in the Cleveland area and willing to travel extensively
