Field Marketing Specialist

Job Overview The Field Marketing Manager supports Aramark’s Correctional Services existing clients with innovation, retail merchandising, promotions, and an elevated retail experience. Responsibilities include driving existing retail programs, adding new programming, and serving as liaison among the marketing team, regional team, and client locations across Florida. The role reports to the Dining Performance Manager of State DOCs and interacts with all levels of management, clients, vendors, and stakeholders. Job Responsibilities Develop and project‑manage repeatable field processes to exceed key metrics such as operating profit, product rotation, waste management, menu, presentation, and merchandising standards. Analyze sales data and key metrics to identify gaps and opportunities for growth. Partner with Florida, Regional, and Nationwide Marketing Leadership to implement processes and programs that drive measurable results. Monitor industry trends and gain insights for local pricing and product decisions, conducting surveys and focus groups to improve service. Train and inspire field operations teams on new planograms, menus, promotions, and signage to ensure proper setup. Support operations with client business reviews, events, and sales presentations, providing insights, new products, services, training, and audits. Support account openings by ensuring all components are ready for implementation (signage, merchandising, onsite installs). Act as the retail dining technology expert, including reporting, promotions, implementation, and maintenance. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of professional experience in marketing and retail food operations. Experience in foodservice, advertising, CPG, DSD, IT, or retail marketing is preferred. ServSafe certificate holder or ability to obtain one within 90 days. Excellent verbal, presentation, written, and interpersonal communication skills with strong Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) proficiency. Ability to synthesize multiple inputs into clear, concise recommendations. Experience executing brand standards consistently throughout Florida. Organizational and project management experience. Ability to work effectively in a team‑based environment. Proven ability to increase sales and measure ROI of program implementation. Proactive, assertive, and creative in identifying and capturing growth opportunities. Solid strategic, analytical, and decision‑making experience. Valid driver’s license.
