About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its team. The CFO will be a key leader in the organization's strategic transformation, with a focus on deepening financial sustainability, diversifying revenue, and building the necessary infrastructure to support community impact. This senior leadership role is hands-on and requires a finance professional who can oversee all financial operations, ensure compliance with regulatory obligations, and lead the annual budget process. The CFO will also be responsible for financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis, as well as serving as a strategic partner to the CEO and a liaison to the Board of Directors. Candidates for the CFO position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years' progressive financial leadership experience. Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis skills are essential, as is experience in managing finance staff. The ideal candidate will have a CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional designation, and a Master's degree in a relevant field. Experience in nonprofit financial management, including fund accounting and grant compliance, is preferred. The CFO will also be involved in facilities management oversight and should have a track record of supporting business model diversification efforts. The role requires excellent communication skills and a strong alignment with the mission and values of the organization.
