Revenue Manager

Our leading hospitality client is seeking a strategic and analytical Regional Revenue Manager to oversee revenue optimization efforts across a portfolio of hospitality properties. This role is responsible for developing and executing pricing, inventory, forecasting, and distribution strategies that maximize revenue performance, market share, and profitability across multiple locations. The ideal candidate is data-driven, collaborative, and experienced in identifying revenue opportunities while partnering with hotel operations, sales, and leadership teams to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute revenue management strategies for an assigned portfolio of hospitality properties. Optimize revenue through strategic pricing, inventory management, and market segmentation. Support the development of pricing strategies across all customer segments. Conduct demand forecasting and provide recommendations to improve revenue performance. Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and business performance to identify growth opportunities. Lead recurring revenue strategy discussions with property and regional leadership teams. Monitor revenue, rate, and inventory systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards. Manage distribution channel performance, pricing integrity, and content accuracy across online platforms. Analyze benchmarking and market performance reports and adjust strategies as needed to improve Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR) and market share indices. Support the annual budgeting process and provide regular revenue performance reporting to leadership. Provide guidance and support to property teams related to revenue management best practices and system utilization. Qualifications Greater than three years of experience in revenue management, hospitality, hotel operations, or a related field. Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience. Strong analytical, organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills. Ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable business strategies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization.
