About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. The CFO will be a key strategic partner, providing financial leadership, operational oversight, and fiscal stewardship in alignment with the organization's mission and long-term sustainability. This role involves developing and executing financial strategies, overseeing all financial aspects including budgeting, forecasting, and compliance, and ensuring the organization's strong fiscal health. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare finance, reimbursement methodologies, and complex regulatory environments, with a proven track record in enhancing financial performance and supporting organizational decision-making. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with advanced degrees such as CPA, MBA, or MHA preferred. A minimum of 10 years' progressive financial leadership experience, particularly within healthcare, nonprofit, or similarly regulated environments, is required. The CFO will be responsible for leading a high-performing finance team, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and fostering strong relationships with various stakeholders. Experience in financial transformation, operational improvement, and presenting to Boards of Directors is also highly valued. The successful candidate will be a collaborative, data-driven leader who can effectively translate financial information into business strategies and is committed to the values of the organization.
