Surveillance Investigator - Glendale, CA

Field Specialist Investigator Veterans, Transitioning Military, National Guard, Reserve Members, Military Spouses, Wounded Warriors, and their Caregivers are invited to apply. This role is primarily on‑site, with remote work for field assignments in Los Angeles County, CA. Job Overview Full‑time, billable hours, non‑exempt position with hourly compensation of $20–$24, paid weekly. Reports to the Regional Manager. Compensation and Benefits Hourly Rate: $20–$24 per hour (weekly pay). Commended with experience and performance. Travel Time: compensated at 100% of regular hourly rate after standard commute deduction. Mileage Reimbursement: $0.60 per mile for portal‑to‑portal and mobile surveillance mileage. Paid Administrative Time: paid at regular hourly rate. Paid Training: paid at regular hourly rate. Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays. Responsibilities Conduct insurance claims investigations by performing scene investigations and canvases, collecting photo/video evidence. Review all case materials prior to investigative activity. Perform document signings and retrieval via home visits. Provide daily updates on work performed for each case. Prepare and dictate investigative reports. Requirements Strong attention to detail with commitment to accuracy and quality. Effective communication skills. Independent work capability. Ability to work from a home‑based office with flexible hours. Valid driver’s license and vehicle with good driving record. Minimum auto insurance: $100,000 each person / $300,000 each accident bodily injury / $50,000 property damage. Smartphone, printer, scanner, desktop/laptop computer with reliable internet connection.
