At Volvo Cars Bellevue, the parts department keeps our high-volume service operation moving. The Parts Shipping & Receiving Specialist is responsible for getting the right parts in the door and out to where they're needed -- whether that's across the warehouse or across town.

What You'll Do

• Receive, count, weigh, and verify incoming parts inventory against purchase orders, packing slips, and bills of lading -- documenting any shortages, overages, or transit damage
• Process outbound shipments accurately -- generating shipping labels, utilizing postage meters, and navigating carrier software including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and freight companies
• Drive and deliver parts orders to other Swickard locations, wholesale accounts, and outside vendors -- safely, accurately, and on schedule
• Pick up parts from suppliers and vendors as needed to keep the service department supplied without delay
• Stock, organize, and maintain parts inventory to ensure accurate storage and fast retrieval for the service and parts teams
• Safely operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks to move and stage incoming and outgoing shipments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area and delivery vehicle at all times
• Coordinate with the parts counter and service advisors to prioritize deliveries and keep repair timelines on track

What We're Looking For

• Previous shipping and receiving, warehouse, or parts department experience preferred -- not required
• Clean, valid driver's license with an excellent driving record -- required, as this role includes regular driving and delivery
• Comfortable navigating the greater Bellevue and Eastside area efficiently
• Familiarity with carrier software -- UPS, FedEx, DHL, and freight platforms -- a plus
• Proficient with basic computer programs and inventory or DMS systems
• Physically capable of standing and walking on hard warehouse floors for extended periods and lifting parts and components of varying weight
• Detail-oriented and reliable -- accuracy in receiving and delivery directly impacts the service department and the guest experience
• Professional demeanor to represent Volvo Cars Bellevue during off-site pickups and deliveries
