Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 12-bed Med-Surg ICU setting within a community hospital environment
• Manage ICU patient assignments at a 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Support Intermediate Care (IMC) assignments at a 3:1 nurse-to-patient ratio as needed
• Collaborate with charge nurses, resource RNs, and clinical technicians to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately using EPIC EMR

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• ACLS certification required
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a community hospital ICU setting
• Familiarity with IMC-level patient care
