Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 12-bed Med-Surg ICU setting within a community hospital environment
• Manage ICU patient assignments at a 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Support Intermediate Care (IMC) assignments at a 3:1 nurse-to-patient ratio as needed
• Collaborate with charge nurses, resource RNs, and clinical technicians as part of a staffing-integrated care team
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using electronic medical records

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – must be issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records system

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a community hospital ICU environment
• Familiarity with IMC-level patient care and acuity management
