What You'll Be Doing

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive profitable sales growth within the assigned territory
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions that align with Heidelberg Materials’ products and services
• Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales, volume, and margin objectives
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service, order fulfillment, and issue resolution
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies

• Strong ability to develop customer relationships and influence purchasing decisions
• Demonstrated business acumen with the capability to manage a sales territory effectively
• Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze market information and translate insights into actionable sales plans
• Proficiency with sales tools, technology, and reporting to manage performance and opportunities

Work Environment

This role operates in a dynamic field-based environment with regular travel throughout the assigned territory. The position involves a mix of customer visits, collaboration with internal teams, and independent work. • Competitive base salary, $77,180 to $102,900, and participation in our annual incentive plan
