Manage operations, services, personnel performance, and office management ongoing.QualificationsRequired licensed physician, registered nurse, or possess a bachelor's degree.Required to not have been employed in the last year as an administrator with another operation at the time any enforcement action was taken against the business; further described in the company compliance policies.Required to have demonstrated knowledge and understanding of federal, state and local laws and regulatory guidelines that govern the operation of a home care office.Required to have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.Required to have and maintain a valid state driver license in the current state of residenceRequired to have and maintain automobile liability insurance, as required by law.Required ability to travel by personal vehicle up to 25% of the time.Preferred licensed physician, registered nurse, licensed social worker, licensed therapist, or licensed nursing home administrator.If clinical: Required to have and maintain a valid clinical license, per state requirements, or in accordance with the board of nursing rules for a compact nurse license.Required to have and maintain CPR certification, as required by position.Preferred to have minimum of one year of previous experience in a management position.Preferred previous experience in a home health care or hospice program.Preferred previous experience using Homecare Homebase (HCHB).Preferred bilingual (English/Spanish) with the ability to facilitate clear communication with patients and caregivers, improve service delivery, and support positive patient outcomes.Oral communication, written communication, fluency in English, active listening.Demonstrated intermediate technology skills.
