Role Overview Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and other substantive legal documents Conduct legal research and develop case strategy Take and defend depositions and prepare witnesses and experts Represent clients in mediations, hearings, arbitrations, and trial-related proceedings Collaborate with clients, carriers, experts, and opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes
