Description All Sites: Reception and Telephone duties & proficient operation laboratory equipment including HIS/LIS systems; specimen handling: receiving and processing; prep & shipping of lab specimens for at Reference Laboratories; specimen/patient registration; phlebotomy - collection of blood samples by venipuncture or capillary stick; therapeutic blood collection; swab collection of specific Micro samples (per competency); assignment to OP Lab locations; training new staff as assigned. Required Qualifications Upon hire: Washington Medical Assistant Phlebotomist Certification 6 months Direct experience as a phlebotomist and/or completion of a Phlebotomy program. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
