Extrusion Machine Operator - Temp-to-Hire
Aurora, IL
Rotating 12-Hour Shifts
* 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM OR 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM
Pay: $20.62/hour Base Pay + $1.00 Shift Differential = $21.62/hour

We're looking for dependable Extrusion Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in Aurora. Candidates should have prior manufacturing and machine operator experience and be comfortable working a rotating 12-hour schedule.
Job Duties:
* Operate and monitor extrusion machinery
* Perform quality inspections on finished products
* Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report concerns
* Follow safety and production guidelines
* Maintain accurate production records
* Keep work area clean and organized
Requirements:
* Previous manufacturing experience required
* Machine operator experience preferred
* Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts (days and nights)
* Strong attention to detail and safety
Experience Required:
* High School Diploma, Technical Trade School, or GED required
* Regularly operate a sit-down forklift or Pallet Jack
* Previous shipping and receiving experience - recent experience in domestic and international shipping
* Experience processing through UPS/FedEx Software (REQUIRED)
* ability to stand for 8 hours/day
