Project Manager — Engineering & Inspection Services — Run Projects of Every Shape and Size
Reno, NV | Full-Time | $85,000 – $110,000 | Company vehicle + gas card + laptop
The Opportunity
Some PMs manage one giant project; this role gives you a whole portfolio. Our client, an established consulting engineering firm providing materials testing, inspection, and infrastructure services across Northern Nevada, is hiring a versatile Project Manager to run projects from residential scopes through major commercial and infrastructure assignments. Estimating, field coordination, DFR review, client relationships — you'll touch every part of the operation and directly support its growth.

What You'll Do
Manage construction materials testing and inspection projects start to finish
Support estimating, takeoffs, and proposal preparation
Coordinate field operations, staffing, scheduling, and client communication
Review DFRs and project documentation for quality and compliance
Monitor budgets, timelines, and deliverables
Serve as the liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams
Support operational growth and execution initiatives
What You'll Bring
Project management experience in engineering, construction, or consulting
Strong understanding of construction processes and coordination
Estimating and takeoff experience preferred
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PM software
Ability to run multiple projects and priorities at once
Also included: PTO for full-time employees; medical effective the first of the month after 60 days.
