Hatch is seeking Korean speaking Project Managers to lead the delivery of medium to large capital projects Clarksville, TN. This role is responsible for the full project lifecycle—from definition and setup through execution, monitoring, control, and closeout—ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager serves as the primary accountability holder for project outcomes, ensuring compliance with Hatch policies, client requirements, and industry best practices in safety, quality, environmental stewardship, and governance.

Qualifications and Experience

University degree in Engineering or a related discipline. 10+ years of Project Management experience within an EPC or EPCM environment, preferably on metals or industrial projects. More than 10 years of experience in cross functional leadership roles within project delivery organizations. Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams, including: Engineering Document Management Cost Control & Scheduling Procurement & Supply Chain Commercial & Risk Quality, Safety, and Construction Proven experience managing multi discipline projects across engineering, procurement, and construction phases. Strong knowledge of project performance monitoring, reporting, and industry standards. Preferred Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Process Engineering background. Working knowledge of project controls systems, procurement, contracting, and construction management. Business development experience, including proposal leadership. Korean language proficiency.
