Your work will drive smooth operations, resolve issues and strengthen client relationships, making a direct impact on Spectrum's reputation for excellence.ResponsibilitiesHow You Will Make an ImpactIntake and process credits, debits, adjustments and disconnects, including researching and securing approvals as neededConduct account research for quality control, ensuring customers are correctly categorized and groupedAssist with audits and respond to regulatory or tax requests to ensure complianceMaintain accurate documentation and reporting for all account adjustments and related activitiesCommunicate with customers to resolve billing issues, conduct surveys and provide notifications about account changesSupport contract management by ensuring contracts are properly scanned and attached to customer accountsReview aging reports, research account status, notify Client Services Managers of issues and perform collection activities as neededRemain up to date on service pricing, procedures, sales promotions and billing system codes through trainingAssist with RFPs, maintain Salesforce and billing system data and align parent/child accounts appropriatelyUse desktop tools efficiently to resolve client problems and prevent escalationWorking ConditionsOffice EnvironmentExposure to moderate noise levels0% travelQualificationsWhat You Will Bring to SpectrumRequired QualificationsEducationHigh School Diploma or equivalentExperience2 + years of customer relationship management experience2 + years of CSG or other billing system experience2 + years of Salesforce.com experienceSkillsRead, write, speak and understand EnglishEstablish rapport and build trust with customersSkill in meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasksAbility to step into leadership roles when needed to support customer relationshipsStrong organizational and independent work skills with minimal guidanceProblem-solving abilities for moderate to complex issuesProficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookUnderstanding of documents supporting carrier sales initiativesKnowledge of telecommunications industry, fiber processes and proceduresPreferred QualificationsEducationCollege coursework in accounting or related field
