Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-Time | $45–$54/hr + Benefits | Lafayette Township, NJ

Position Summary:

We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in a skilled nursing facility in Lafayette Township, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive, team-oriented environment with strong clinical collaboration and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services to help patients achieve functional goals

• Supervise and support Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs), including guidance and progress review

• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation

• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and progress

• Ensure safe and effective treatment practices, adjusting interventions as needed

• Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and HIPAA regulations

Requirements:

• Valid New Jersey Occupational Therapist license

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

• Skilled nursing facility experience preferred

• Familiarity with Rehab Optima (or similar EMR) is a plus
