Occupational Therapist Location: Lafayette Township, NJ (Open to New Graduates) Job Type: Full Time Facility: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Patient Age Group: Geriatric Population Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical needs and goals.
- Provide skilled occupational therapy services to geriatric patients.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) and ensure quality of care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility, state, and federal regulations.
- Active New Jersey Occupational Therapist (OT) License.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
