What you'll do:

• Plan and run occupational therapy programs that support rehabilitation and functional independence
• Evaluate residents' physical and cognitive abilities, review medical information, and set individualized rehab goals
• Track resident progress, document outcomes, and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Build therapy activities that strengthen daily living, work, and life-management skills
• Recommend environmental and adaptive changes that help residents function safely
• Follow professional, ethical, and legal standards in every aspect of care

What you'll need:

Required:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Active, current Occupational Therapist license in New Jersey
• 3–5 years of related experience

• $46.38–$52.18 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Full-time, day shift, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.
