Overview PROPERTY MANAGER – LEAD THE WAY HOME Location: Lowell, MA 01852 • Full Time Salary: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 Base + Commission per month • Travel: Negligible • Schedule: Day Two Coast Living is seeking a Property Manager to lead day-to-day operations at one of our multifamily communities. You will manage on-site teams, drive occupancy and resident satisfaction, and oversee financial performance to deliver a high-quality living experience. What You’ll Be Doing Run the Show – Oversee all day-to-day operations, from leasing and resident relations to work orders and vendor coordination. Lead the Team – Hire, train, schedule, and support on-site leasing and maintenance teams, fostering a positive culture. Market Like a Pro – Collaborate with marketing partners to promote the property, attract new residents, and renew leases. Drive Financial Performance – Manage budgets, control expenses, maximize revenue, and ensure rent collection stays on track. Be Resident-Focused – Serve as the go-to contact for the community, resolve concerns, welcome new residents, and create a place people are proud to call home. Keep It Looking Great – Conduct regular property inspections, support unit readiness, and oversee maintenance standards and capital improvements. Stay on Top of It All – Submit accurate financial reports, manage payroll/commissions, and stay compliant with local, state, and federal requirements. Stay Plugged In – Engage with the local apartment association, monitor competitors, and build a strong community reputation. What We’re Looking For Experienced Leader – 4+ years of multifamily property management and 2+ years leading a team. Detail-Obsessed & Organized – Able to manage deadlines, commitments, and priorities. Clear Communicator – Strong verbal and written communication, professional in all interactions. Customer-Focused – Residents feel heard, valued, and supported. Financially Savvy – Understanding of rent rolls, budgets, reporting, and expense management. Tech-Comfortable – Proficient with property management systems (e.g., Entrata), Microsoft Office, and digital tools. Positive & Proactive – Lead by example, stay composed under pressure, and bring solutions. Qualifications & Experience Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in managing large multifamily properties. Minimum 4 years of residential property management experience with a proven leasing/sales track record and at least 2 years supervising two or more employees. Proficient with Microsoft Office and general business and accounting concepts; ability to read and develop financial statements. Valid driver’s license to operate company-owned vehicles or for business use. Physical Requirements and Schedule: Must work on peak days (including Fridays and Saturdays weekly, and at least one Sunday per month, plus holidays). Occasional travel by car may be required. Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and move about the property as needed. FLSA Status: Exempt. This is a full-time leadership role based on-site at one of our beautiful communities.
